These terms govern use of 361play.top, published by 361TECH (SIREN 945 349 231). By using the panorama pages you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the panorama pages unlawfully.

361 Play may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

361 Play take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the panorama pages, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. 361 Play are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, 361 Play are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the panorama pages or reliance on general information. 361 Play take reasonable steps to hold on to the panorama pages free from malicious code, but you should hold on to your own devices protected.

361 Play aim to hold on to the panorama pages usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and 361 Play will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If 361 Play do not enforce a right immediately, 361 Play may still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

361 Play may revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you hold on to the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over 361 Play’s head office are competent.
